All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied at the time of consultation. Final pricing may vary based on actual measurements and final product specifications. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment as specified in your quote.
All blinds and curtains are manufactured to your specific requirements. Custom products are non-returnable unless defective or manufactured incorrectly. Please review all specifications carefully before approving your order.
Standard production time is two to three weeks from order confirmation. Complex projects may require additional time. We will provide estimated completion dates and notify you of any delays promptly.
Payment terms will be specified in your quote. Typically, a deposit is required to begin manufacturing, with the balance due upon completion before delivery. We accept various payment methods as outlined during the ordering process.
Our products are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms vary by product type and will be provided with your order. Normal wear and tear, improper installation, or misuse are not covered under warranty.
Handmadewhcustom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
