All blinds and curtains from Handmadewhcustom are manufactured to your specific measurements and design preferences. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on correctly manufactured items that meet the specifications you approved.
If we manufacture a product that does not match your approved specifications, we will remake it at no additional cost. This includes:

Our products are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects for a specified period from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage includes:

You may cancel your order before manufacturing begins for a full refund minus any fees for services already rendered such as professional measurement or design consultation. Once manufacturing has started, cancellations are not accepted as materials have been cut and customized for your specific order.
Deposits are refundable only if the order is cancelled before manufacturing begins or if Handmadewhcustom is unable to fulfill the order. Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Changes to product specifications, measurements, or materials must be requested before manufacturing begins. Changes after production has started may not be possible and could result in additional charges if materials have already been prepared.
If products are damaged during delivery, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no cost to you.
